You will not just be looking at numbers; you will be mastering data management and communication skills while having the freedom to grow your career horizontally or vertically within our specialized Freight Audit department. ### Key Exciting Responsibilities ### Client and Process Expertise: * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client-specific processes, including data processing, rate maintenance, and communication aspects. * Possess specialized expertise in Transporeon Freight Audit Processes to effectively guide the team. * Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary knowledge to meet Client needs and expectations. ### Team Development and Performance Monitoring: * Lead the training and onboarding of new and less experienced team members, ensuring comprehensive education and integration. * Regularly monitor team performance to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. * Provide feedback and support to enhance team capabilities and address performance issues. ### Collaboration and Communication: * Collaborate with operational teams to resolve complex issues and simplify information for clarity. * Maintain professional and clear communication with all the related parties, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Foster productive relationships to support operational success. ### Process optimization and Continuous Improvement: * Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement of business processes, working closely with other operational teams. * Identify and address inefficiencies and business issues, implementing best practices to enhance products and processes. * Evaluate operational risks and propose long-term solutions to recurring issues, ensuring continuous improvement. * Guide the Operations team during UAT activities to ensure smooth transitions and validate operational challenges. ### Essential Skills & Experience: ### Core Experience: * 2+ years of experience within the Operations Freight Audit Department (preferably in the role of Middle Invoice Auditor, Middle Audit Analyst, Middle Rate Maintenance Specialist ) * Proven deep knowledge of Freight Audit ### Core Hard Skills: * Upper-Intermediate level of written English, preferably also other modern business languages; * Excellent business correspondence; * Proficient user of Transporeon platforms; * Proficient knowledge of account business processes and Client data processing peculiarities; * Google products & services proficiency; * JIRA knowledge; * MS Office proficiency; * Reporting. ### Soft Skills & Competences: * Collaboration: Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues across teams, supporting smooth issue resolution and aligning on shared goals. * Teamwork: Acting as a team player, contributing positively to team dynamics and success. * Communication: Exhibiting excellent communication skills, explaining complex or sensitive information clearly to internal and external parties. * Organizational: Utilizing organizational skills to manage daily workload efficiently, ensuring tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met. * Time Management: Demonstrating time and priority management skills to deliver high-quality service consistently. * Customer Orientation: Maintaining a customer-oriented approach, ensuring client needs and expectations are met with accuracy and care. * Flexibility: Showing flexibility by adjusting to changing operational needs, new instructions, or process updates with a positive attitude. * Critical Thinking: Applying critical thinking to evaluate operational processes, identify root causes, and propose improvement opportunities. * Accuracy: Ensuring accuracy in all tasks, carefully reviewing information before finalizing or sharing it. * Coaching: Providing structured guidance to newcomers and less experienced colleagues to strengthen their operational skills and knowledge. ### Logistics * Location: Ukraine (Fully Remote). * Travel Requirement: 0%. ### ### Why You'll Love Working With Us At Trimble, we're not just a company that "does good"—we are a team dedicated to making a tangible, positive Real-World Impact.
