Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Managing Director, Product Development & Growth will own the development, launch, and adoption of new products and service offerings across Trimont. This role requires a hands-on product operator who can turn business needs into clear requirements, organize cross-functional teams, establish practical governance, and drive initiatives from concept through implementation. The ideal candidate will bring an external perspective, strong operating discipline, and the ability to convert ideas into products, processes, and capabilities that are adopted across the business.

This individual must demonstrate a track record of turning ideas into action by building stakeholder alignment, creating structure, and driving execution through measurable outcomes. Success in this role will be measured by the candidate’s ability to align stakeholders, remove execution barriers, and deliver products and operating solutions that move beyond strategy and create measurable business impact.
