• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of communications experience, including internal and external communications in a complex or global organization.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communications strategies in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating content for digital platforms, including LinkedIn and other executive or brand channels.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams, functions, regions, and leadership levels with sound judgment and discretion.
• Proficiency with communications and content tools, including Canva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Microsoft applications.
