Responsibilities

  • →Oversee office leasing, buildouts, renovations, and space planning for all company global locations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • →Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, general contractors, and vendors, both virtually and through on-site visits.
  • →Manage procurement and installation of office furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • →Oversee lease renewals, terminations, and negotiations to support company growth and operational needs.
  • →Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations across all offices.
  • →Develop and implement global office logistics strategies, including office moves, space allocation, and vendor management.
  • →Lead and manage the global facilities and administration team, providing direction, support, and professional development.
  • →Manage facilities and administration budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • →Oversee mail and package distribution, office supply management, reception, and other administrative services.
  • →Respond to and resolve facilities-related issues and service requests in a timely manner.
  • →Support company events and meetings with logistical planning and execution.
  • →Travel as required to company offices and vendor sites globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in facilities management, office operations, or corporate real estate, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing global teams and multi-site operations.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with service providers both virtually and in person.
  • Experience overseeing physical security operations, including access control and surveillance systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Proficiency with office management, facilities, and security software.
