Applications Specialist

The Applications Specialist is responsible for preparing permit, utility and state application packages, tracking/recording all applications' progress, and maintaining positive relationships with municipalities and applicable organizations. An ideal candidate for the position will be amiable, detail-oriented, organized, dependable, motivated, and able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

• →Prepare permit, utility and state application packages
• →Assist in compiling information necessary to complete application packages
• →Track progress and update information in database
• →Review and distribute documents and correspondence
• →Perform administrative functions including but not limited to: incoming calls, copying, scanning, emailing, preparing shipments, and filing
• →Develop and maintain positive relationships with municipalities and applicable organizations
• →May require permit running

• Exemplary interpersonal skills
• Proficient in various forms of communication
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
• Consistent thoroughness/attention to detail
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF)
• Notary Public preferred, but not required

• College degree preferred
• 1+ year(s) of office experience
• Permitting experience preferred
• Solar Admin experience preferred, but not required

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
