Service Writer / Service Advisor

If you’re organized, upbeat, good with people, and like being in the middle of the action, this could be a great fit.

Trochu Motors is a busy, growing farm equipment dealership serving Central Alberta. For more than 75 years, we’ve built our reputation on taking care of customers, supporting our community, and getting the job done when it matters most.

We’re looking for a Service Advisor to help keep our Service Department running smoothly. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll work closely with customers, technicians, and the rest of our service team to help coordinate repairs, keep information organized, communicate updates, and make sure customers are looked after.

You don’t need to be a mechanic, but you do need to be someone who:

-Is highly organized and pays attention to the details

-Communicates well and enjoys working with people

-Can juggle multiple priorities without losing track of things

-Takes initiative and follows through

-Brings a positive attitude to a busy team environment

-A mechanical, agricultural, or equipment background is definitely an asset, but it’s not required. We can teach the equipment side to the right person.

Why Trochu Motors?

We’re a family-owned dealership with a long history in Central Alberta, but we’re not interested in standing still. We invest in our people, encourage training and development, and are always looking for better ways to serve our customers and improve as a team.

We offer:

-A great benefits plan

-Matching RRSP program

-Bonus programs

-Training and development opportunities

-A stable, established workplace in the agriculture industry

-The chance to be part of a team that takes pride in what it does

We’re also proud to have been recognized twice as the Western Producer’s Outstanding Dealership of the Year for Western Canada.

If you’re looking for a job where you can take ownership, work with a good team, and play an important role in keeping farmers moving, we’d like to hear from you.

Come build your career with Trochu Motors.
