Part-Time Caregiver in Midlothian, VA

• Competitive pay: $18–$25/hr, based on experience
• Consistent part-time schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1:00–5:00 PM

As a caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, one-on-one support in clients’ homes, helping them maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life. Care may include companionship and assistance with everyday activities, as well as non-medical personal care based on each client’s individual needs.

Caregivers may assist clients with a variety of activities of daily living, including:

• →Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and other activities
• →Offering medication reminders
• →Preparing meals and providing light cooking assistance
• →Helping with light housekeeping and household tasks
• →Providing companionship and meaningful support

Caregivers with the appropriate CNA, PCA, or HHA certification may also provide hands-on personal care, including:

• →Assistance with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• →Feeding assistance
• →Mobility and ambulation support
• →Bathing assistance
• →Transfers, including bed-to-chair and chair-to-bed
• →Toileting and incontinence care

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
• At least 6 months of professional or personal caregiving experience preferred
• Strong communication skills when working with clients, families, and team members
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
