Position: Compliance Analyst
Location: CGC, PH

Qualification and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree on related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in dealing with ISO standards and compliance environment
• Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g., white, green belt, black belt, master black belt, or equivalent)
• Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authority
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct gap analysis and identify the compliance weaknesses of the organization and recommend mitigation plan.
• Align the company with international standards such as ISO 27001 or ISO 9001 etc. and apply for compliance certifications on behalf of the organization.
• Research, plan and comply all necessary legal, statutory, and regulatory requirement of the business.
• Liaise as company representative for any governmental and operational concerns. Coordinate with provincial or territorial regulators.
• Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the operation of the compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal or improper conduct. Drive and embed a strong compliance culture within the organization.
• Provide expert compliance advice and support to the business, particularly on complex matters. Recognize when there are obstacles preventing others from achieving their goals and readily intervene and find resourceful ways to remove them.
• Conduct compliance training for employees.
• Assist in developing internal audit framework and participate in the initiation of it.
• Participate in analyzing and developing the organization’s business continuity plan.
• Update senior management on project/program progress, and results achieved and flag any issues.
• Create and coordinate proper reporting channels for compliance issues.
