Digital Marketing Analyst - CGC

Location: CGC, Pampanga, Philippines

The Digital Marketing Analyst (DgMA) at TRT leads strategic growth efforts using the latest web and marketing systems, serving as the go-to person for digital marketing needs.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience
• Experience in managing B2B digital marketing projects and driving results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and lead teams effectively
• Strategic thinking and innovation capabilities

Job Requirement:

• Build strong relationships with clients, leadership, and stakeholders
• Manage department budget and lead digital marketing team
• Act as a thought leader for TRT and the industry
• Create marketing KPI dashboards and monthly performance reports
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and ROI
• Implement tracking and analyze online user behavior
• Utilize analytical software daily, including Google AdWords and Analytics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
