Experience operating articulated haul trucks, mining trucks, excavators, bulldozers, or similar heavy machinery.

Comfortable driving, backing, and maneuvering large equipment.

Ability to operate equipment for extended periods.

Valid driver's license.

Must pass DOT drug screening and physical examination.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Dependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Interest in learning about autonomous vehicle technology.

Candidates must meet the following standards:

No more than 2 minor moving violations within the past 3 years.
No serious traffic violations within the past 5 years.
No DUI, DWI, or alcohol/drug-related reckless driving convictions within the past 10 years.
No preventable accidents within the past 3 years.
No preventable DOT-recordable commercial vehicle accidents within the past 10 years.

Full-time, on-site contract opportunity.
12-hour shifts.
Alternating workweeks:
- Week 1: 3 days working / 4 days off.
- Week 2: 4 days working / 3 days off.
Initial training may take place in Sunnyvale, CA, for approximately one week.
Primary operations are expected in Morgan Hill, CA.
Up to 5% travel for field operations, with additional travel possible for training.
