Responsibilities

Requirements
~1 min read- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- 5+ years of driving experience (rideshare or delivery platforms strongly preferred)
- Experience with Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Uber Eats, or similar driver apps required
- Clean driving record
- Strong awareness and ability to respond quickly to changing road conditions
- Comfortable using navigation apps, smartphones, and driver platforms
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Part-time (10–30 hours per week)
- Flexible shifts available:
- Tuesday–Friday:
- 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM OR 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Saturday:
- 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM OR 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Sunday:
- 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Tuesday–Friday:
- Evening and weekend availability required
- $20.00 per hour with a $500 Sign-On Bonus
- Contract role (through May 25, 2026)
- In-person role (Grand Rapids, MN)
- Training and in-vehicle certification required before start
- Experience handling passengers and real-time route changes
- Ability to stay focused for extended periods
- Calm under pressure and quick decision-making
- Comfortable working with new technology and systems
