You’ll be trained to operate precision press equipment, fine-tune machines, and build high-quality coil components from the ground up.

• →Set up and operate precision press equipment
• →Monitor quality and fine-tune machine performance
• →Read blueprints and take accurate measurements
• →Learn how our products are built start-to-finish
• →Work safely in a clean, organized environment

This role supports our night shift operation.

• Typical schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30AM
• Overtime is common as we are significantly growing this part of the business.
