Space is a warfighting domain. True Anomaly seeks those with the talent and ambition to build the technology that secures it.

OUR MISSION

True Anomaly delivers decisive capabilities for space superiority. We build autonomous spacecraft, advanced payloads, mission software, and space-based interceptors — enabling the U.S. and its Allies to secure the space environment and counter threats from the ultimate high ground.

OUR VALUES

  • Be the offset. We create asymmetric advantages with creativity and ingenuity.
  • What would it take? We challenge assumptions to deliver ambitious results.
  • It’s the people. Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together.

As a Supplier Development Engineering Manager at True Anomaly, you will play a critical leadership role in building and sustaining a world-class supplier base capable of delivering flight-quality hardware to orbit. Reporting to the Sr Director of Supply Chain, you will lead the identification, qualification, and continuous improvement of suppliers across key technical domains, ensuring they meet True Anomaly's rigorous standards for quality, cost, and schedule. This role demands a technically minded leader who thrives at the intersection of engineering and supply chain — someone who can bridge the gap between our internal engineering teams and our supplier network, and who is passionate about building scalable, resilient processes from the ground up.

  • Developing and continuously improving supplier development processes, tools, and documentation in support of scaling the business
  • Participating in special projects and extending past written role responsibilities as needed to support the team and organization
