TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a full-time Member Advisor II to join our team at our Downtown Branch.

As a Member Advisor II, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a positive member experience.

What We Offer

✓Starting at $18.00/hour (or more depending on experience)

Approximately 40 hours per week, including:

Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending as late as 5:15 p.m.
2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Responsibilities

→Deliver exceptional customer service to members
→Process transactions accurately and efficiently
→Open and maintain deposit accounts
→Assist members with consumer loan applications
→Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals
→Educate members about fraud prevention and account security
→Build lasting relationships while navigating multiple systems and processes

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution preferred.
Strong member service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications efficiently.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Lending, account opening, and sales experience preferred.
