→Independently manage a civil litigation caseload from assignment through resolution
→Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
→Take and defend depositions
→Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings
→Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with experienced attorneys
→Build trusted relationships with clients while delivering high-quality legal work
→Handle matters involving insurance defense, general liability, commercial litigation, premises liability, trucking, first-party property claims, and related civil disputes
→Support both Colorado matters and opportunities across a national litigation platform

Licensed in Texas and/or Arizona
Experience with commercial casualty, trucking, premises liability, or first-party property litigation
Trial preparation or courtroom experience
Interest in long-term career growth within a national firm

Base salary generally ranging from $110,000-$145,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
