This role is within our Fraud Operations team, a part of Trustly’s Financial Crime Prevention group with over 50 employees across Europe. This team is responsible for Trustly’s fraud investigation work and to make sure we protect us as a company and our customers from fraud risks.
About the Role
~1 min readThe fraud space is evolving and growing at Trustly. The Fraud Operations function ensures that Trustly’s products and processes deliver robust fraud mitigation while preserving a great customer experience and supporting Trustly’s growth.
We are looking for a part-time Fraud Operations Specialist for 20 hours a week, who can process fraud escalations in a timely manner. You will process fraud escalations in a timely manner, using an inquisitive mindset to ascertain fraud typology. We’re looking for a specialist, perhaps a student looking for their next challenge, who wants to shape our future fraud strategy and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Process APP Reimbursement claims, providing a thorough investigation and determining the liability outcome

Identify opportunities for improvement of the current methods through data-analysis, testing, and tracking

Strong stakeholder management to be able to communicate clearly with other parts of the organization, explain fraud and our processes as well as manage expectations
