Christmas Coordinator

• →Respond to inquiries concerning bell ringing
• →Recruit bell ringers
• →Establish and maintain the kettle site work schedules, resolve scheduling conflicts, and arrange for contingencies
• →Assist in the printing/preparing of bell ringing reports and statistics, secure funds for counting as directed
• →Provide customer service to kettle location
• →Lead or arrange for daily devotions
• →Perform other duties as assigned

• →Drive kettle routes to deliver/pick up kettles, check on ringers and transport ringers as needed
• →Arrange for placement and collection of counter kettles

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) At least 18 years old; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

• 1-year informal supervisory experience

• Must have and maintain a valid drivers’ license with a chauffeur’s endorsement and pass The Salvation Army Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
