The Salvation Army Family Store in Hannibal is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Workers at our thriving thrift store.

Hours: Up to 19 hours weekly

Schedule: Flexible hours (Store hours are Monday-Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm)

Rate of Pay: $15.00/hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Store Worker, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly while providing outstanding service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with questions and purchases, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience
• Sorting, pricing, and organizing donated items to maintain a clean and attractive sales floor
• Restocking and merchandising items to maximize sales potential
• Operating the cash register and accurately handling transactions
• Supporting store safety and loss prevention efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus—but not required. We’re happy to train the right person!
• Friendly and approachable with great communication skills
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods
