Job Objective:
The Program Assistant On Duty ensures the safety, integrity, and smooth operation of the rehabilitation
program during assigned shifts. The program assistant on duty maintains adherence to ARC program
standards, ensures beneficiary accountability, oversees facility operations, and supports the continuity of
program services outside of standard business hours.

Working Conditions
-Work is performed in a residential program environment with moderate noise levels.
-May be required to enter warehouse or store areas; closed-toe, rubber-soled shoes required.
