~1 min read- →Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
- →Manage inventory, cash drawers, and daily reporting
- →Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate team members
- →Create a welcoming environment for Guests and Associates
- →Lead by example and deliver outstanding Guest service
Leadership experience or experience in restaurant or fast-food operations is a plus. Experience with Taco John's, McDonald's, Jimmy John's, or similar restaurants is especially valuable.
We're looking for someone who leads by example, enjoys developing a team, and is committed to providing an excellent Guest experience.
