- Foster a fun and supportive organizational environment
- Plan for showing of civic center venue to potential guests
- Customize engagement package for interested bookings
- Raise awareness of new products, drives, or initiatives through events
- Drive and develop strong ties to sponsors, community, and customers
- Be available to work weekends, late evenings, and holidays during events
- Assist with pre- and post-cleanup after events
- Dress in accordance with civic center attire requirements
Requirements
~1 min read- Strong organizational and management skills
- Self-starter’s attitude and decorating abilities
- Learn and use Planning POD event planning software
- Handle payment transactions, i.e., CC, Debit, CashAp, Zelle
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with event trends and social media
