SAP ABAP +Public cloud Consultant

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with expertise in S/4HANA Public Cloud, along with exposure to SAP BTP and RPA solutions. The role involves designing and developing scalable solutions using modern SAP technologies while following clean core principles and cloud extensibility frameworks. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance applications using SAP ABAP on S/4HANA Public Cloud. Build extensions using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) and CDS Views. Design and implement cloud-based extensions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Develop and expose OData services and APIs for integration with SAP and non-SAP systems. Work on clean core architecture and in-app extensibility within the S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. Develop and integrate RPA solutions for business process automation where required. Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and integration teams. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments. Ensure adherence to SAP development standards, performance optimization, and security guidelines. Requirements Required Skills Strong experience in SAP ABAP development with exposure to S/4HANA Public Cloud. Hands-on experience with ABAP RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, and Fiori integration. Experience working with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Knowledge of automation technologies and RPA tools integrated with SAP processes. Understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud extensibility models. Experience with Eclipse ADT and modern SAP development tools. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience 4–18 years of experience in SAP ABAP development with exposure to S/4HANA Public Cloud, BTP, and automation solutions. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
