IT Cyber Security Manager (m/w/d)

For our headquarters in Travemünde (Germany), we are looking for a: IT Cyber Security Manager (m/w/d)

• →Implement, and maintain the company's cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and security governance framework
• →Monitor security events and coordinate incident response, investigation, and recovery activities
• →Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures
• →Lead vulnerability management activities, including vulnerability assessments, prioritization, remediation planning, and verification
• →Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure security is integrated into projects and new technology implementations
• →Coordinate external penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, remediation activities, and security audits
• →Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and cyber resilience initiatives
• →Deliver cybersecurity awareness training and promote a strong security culture across the organization
• →Prepare cybersecurity reports, KPIs, and risk presentations for executive management
• →Act as the primary cybersecurity advisor for strategic IT and OT initiatives

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Several years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, information security, or network security
• Strong knowledge and practical experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including:
• ISO/IEC 27001
• NIS2
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies
• Strong networking and network security expertise, including Firewall administration
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring
• Good understanding of cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), and Zero Trust principles
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
