Responsibilities

→5+ years of experience in presentation production or executive support at a strategy consulting firm or marketing company, or in a similar role in a high-expectation environment.
→Demonstrated excellence in creating and formatting executive-ready presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint; a portfolio or practical exercise will be requested.
→Internal executive-facing presence: calm, mature, responsive, tactful, and comfortable following up firmly when action is needed.
→Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear, accurate written communications and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
→Exceptional attention to detail and quality control, with a track record of producing accurate, polished work in environments where quality matters.
→A hands-on mindset and strong bias toward action.
→Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams across time zones.
→Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information and client matters.
→Experience in or interest in marketing is a plus, along with the curiosity to understand the material, identify inconsistencies, and ask thoughtful questions.
