At Pet Fresh, it’s the little things that count or little paws! As a Groomer with us, you will be able to show off your knowledge and expertise to our pet parents and recommend the best services for their fur babies as well as display your oh so wonderful skills.

The ideal candidate for this position is an animal lover looking to make a difference in the lives of our four-legged friends and their parents! Our number 1 goal is to deliver a 5-star grooming experience! If you are an expert at working independently and love handling different types of animals with different temperaments, this is just the job for you!

• →Complete superior grooms (e.g. bathing, brushing, blow drying, de-matting, cutting or trimming hair/fur, gland expression, teeth brushing, nail clipping and grinding, and other specialty services)
• →Provide a thorough hands-on pet check-in and check-out process for each pe and pet parent.
• →Positively interact with pet parents in-person, via phone/mobile app providing them with proactive communication and exceptional services
• →Maintain a clean work environment
• →Advise owners on at-home care tips and best practices for their pets.
• →Create loyal long-term relationships with pet owners.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be comfortable with working with a wide variety of animals
• Must be able to work around pet hair and dander
• Ability to lift, bend, and reach to perform the duties of your job

• 1+ Years of experience in pet grooming
• 1+ Experience in customer service
• Dog Grooming: 3+ year (Preferred)
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Grooming tools and equipment in good working condition
• Passion for dog grooming and the well-being of pets.
• Knowledgeable in breed standard grooms.
• Skills in scissoring, general cleaning, nail trimming, styling, and all other pet grooming functions.
• Willingness to be educated about the products and services offered.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require evening and weekend shifts.
• Exceptional active-listening and customer service skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Grooming certification preferred
