We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own significant pieces of our product and platform end-to-end. You'll lead the design and delivery of complex systems, raise the engineering bar through reviews and mentorship, and partner across functions to ship reliable software at scale. This is a high-ownership role for an engineer who combines strong distributed-systems depth with sound design judgment and an AI-forward mindset.

• →Own end-to-end delivery of features and services — from design through production operation.
• →Design scalable, reliable distributed systems and drive key technical decisions.
• →Debug and resolve production issues; improve reliability and performance.
• →Raise code quality and design standards through thorough, constructive reviews.
• →Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
• →Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other teams.

• 6–8 years of software engineering experience, ideally at scalable product companies.
• Proven ownership: end-to-end delivery, production debugging, and mentoring more junior engineers.
• Strong distributed systems and cloud engineering skills (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid code quality, testing, and design practices.
• A track record with measurable scale, reliability improvements, and architecture participation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.
• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field is preferred but not required — we weight work outcomes most heavily.

• Microservices / platform engineering experience.
• AI/LLM platform integrations.
