Now, we are able to provide resources to more than 850 individuals with developmental disabilities across Utah. With locations from Brigham City to St. George, we offer a full range of services including day programs, residential living, art center programs, summer camp, and supported employment opportunities.

The mission of our nonprofit is to TURN dreams into reality and that objective applies to our employees as well. We genuinely care about people and want to make a difference in their lives and careers. We strive to do so by offering generous benefits and promoting a work environment where everyone supports each other.

The Program Assistant monitors, supervises, and participates in the development and implementation of Person Centered, Behavior Support, and other support plans and curriculum for each individual, in pursuit of the individual's outcomes and personal goals and well-being. The Program Assistant is a TURN representative in the community and other agency/professional settings. Essential functions of this position include regular attendance, adherence to authorized schedule, regular transportation of clients, and sensory levels sufficient to perceive signs of aggression or physical distress in others.
