Email Marketing Administrator

• →Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that align with our mission and drive engagement;
• →Create visually appealing email templates that capture attention and align with our brand;
• →Assist in the segmentation and management of email lists based on user behavior and demographics;
• →Support A/B testing and optimization efforts to maximize campaign effectiveness;
• →Monitor email performance metrics;
• →Pull and distribute performance reports (deliverability, opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribe rates) on a regular cadence and as needed;
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing strategy.

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital communications, or a related role;
• Familiarity with our brand and mission;
• Knowledge of TPUSA’s media presence, and proficiency with social media platforms;
• Analytical mind and innovative spirit;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Passion for conservative ideals and principles;
• Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative;
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned;
• Receives feedback constructively to improve performance;
• Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner;
• Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs;
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to locations as needed.
