K-12 Spanish Special Education Paraeducator/Tutor

• Spanish fluency - REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (required).
• Background or experience in Special Education (credential preferred).
• Experience tutoring or teaching K–12 students.
• Strong generalist knowledge across core academic subjects.
• Experience working with students with special needs and accommodations is highly preferred
• Must be enrolled in College or have completed an AA, BA or higher.
• Ability to make learning fun, interactive, and student-focused
• Ability to pass an in-person background check (if required)

• →Provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring to K–12 students in their homes.
• → Support learners in Math, ELA, and Reading, adapting strategies to individual learning styles.
• → Work with students from General Education and Special Education programs.
• → Monitor and document student progress, communicating updates to program directors.
• → Use culturally responsive practices and build positive, supportive relationships with students and families.
