Virtual Behavior Technician (RBT / ABA)

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA professionals to provide 1:1 and small group virtual behavior intervention and academic support to students across the country. • →Deliver engaging, individualized virtual behavior support and academic coaching tailored to each student's behavioral goals, accommodations, and unique learning profile.
• →Implement structured behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the guidance of a BCBA, focusing on skill acquisition, emotional regulation, and reducing challenging behaviors that impact learning.
• →Adapt instruction and reinforcement in real time based on student focus, engagement, and emotional regulation, utilizing creative digital rewards and interactive tools to maintain momentum.
• →Track behavior data diligently during sessions and communicate effectively with families, supervising BCBAs, and, where applicable, school district partners.

Note: Many of our assignments operate in Pacific Time, so availability during PT hours is a plus.

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB preferred, or equivalent experience/education in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or Special Education.
• Experience working 1:1 with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or with developmental and behavioral needs.
• Comfort with coaching or collaborating with parents or guardians on-screen to assist with environmental modifications and physical prompting when necessary..
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations
• Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
