This posting is part of our ongoing effort to build a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings and surge production needs. While positions may not be immediately available, we regularly review applicants and reach out as opportunities arise.
Shift Available
C Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay
$15.00 per hour + $4.00 shift differential
What You’ll Do
In this role, you'll be hands-on in the production process, working safely and efficiently to meet quality standards. Responsibilities include:
- Palletizing, depalletizing, case packing, sealing, and hand assembly
- Blending materials and connecting ingredient bags
- Performing rework and sanitation tasks as needed
- Conducting visual inspections to ensure product quality and integrity
- Maintaining speed and accuracy based on production needs
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with GMP and hygiene standards
- Communicating material needs, quality concerns, or safety issues to peers and supervisors
- Supporting multiple production areas and flexing between tasks as needed

Basic Requirements
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds as needed
- Visual ability to assess quality and material integrity
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math (including weights, sequences, and percentages)
- Must follow all safety policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines
- High school diploma, GED, vocational training, or relevant work experience preferred (we’re happy to discuss qualifications with you!)
