• Confident presenting ideas and defending creative decisions, while genuinely open to feedback

• Ego-free and collaborative, at ease working across creative, performance and e-commerce teams

• Curious and driven by taste, always looking for ways to make the work better

• Experience in a lifestyle, interior or e-commerce brand

• Experience building scalable ad templates or creative systems

• Multi-market campaign experience

• Polish language skills

• Experience building your own AI workflows, prompts, skills, or automations
