As our Head of Ecommerce Engineering, you will shape the technology behind Tylko’s digital experience - from our award-winning product configurator to personalized shopping journeys and the core of our ecommerce platform. You will define the engineering direction that transforms ambitious business goals into scalable, reliable solutions.

Your mission is to empower engineering teams to deliver an exceptional user experience by fostering a culture of continuous discovery and rapid iteration. In this role, you will bridge the gap between innovative vision and reliable platform performance, directly influencing our competitive edge and the future of customisable furniture.

  Design and evolve the Ecommerce Engineering organization, creating team structures that optimize value delivery, autonomy, and collaboration across functions

  Define and implement data-informed engineering strategies, enabling teams to make better decisions and measure meaningful outcomes

  Build a culture of discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement, helping teams validate ideas and deliver customer-focused solutions

  Develop engineering talent through coaching, mentoring, and thoughtful career growth, building autonomous teams of strong problem solvers

  Set clear engineering objectives aligned with product goals, balancing ambitious goals with team ownership and accountability
