2nd Shift Forklift Operator

SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for a Forklift operator to support warehouse operations by safely operating equipment and handling materials efficiently. (2nd shift 2pm-10pm)

• →To carry out production and other cargo transportation by forklift.
• →Before starting work, check the technical condition of the forklift.
• →Checks whether other employees involved in the operations are ready for work.
• →Performs the scheduled tasks of the day: unloading and loading works by hand and truck.
• →Ensures timely and high-quality work: safely transport, quality checks of cargo, informs manager of any low-quality product.
• →Stacks and organizes products according to inventory standards
• →Ensures a safe work environment by driving a forklift truck in accordance with road/warehouse traffic rules.
• →Maintains cleanliness and order in the workplace.
• →Maintains the forklift truck and performs high-quality technical services.
• →Maintains positive working relationships and good communication with co-workers and management.
• →In the event of an emergency, behaves in accordance with approved safety instructions, warning signs, and use of an evacuation plan.

• Having a current forklift certification/license is an advantage.
• The ability to perform functions in a safe manner at all times.
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience as forklift operator.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
