The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture is a state wide campus, with faculty based on University campuses, at Research and Extension Centers and in every Arkansas county. Fiscal Data Entry Specialist, Part-Time:
• Hourly help needed in the Division of Agriculture Business Office located off campus at the Don Tyson Building off Garland Avenue.
• Physical address: 1371 West Altheimer Drive, Fayetteville, AR.
• Free parking.
• 16-24 hours per week with a flexible work schedule. Hours must be worked between Monday - Friday, no weekend hours.

Job duties include:
• Assist with payment of invoices, creation of requisitions, sending PO’s to suppliers, and creating internal charge backs in the accounting software system (Workday).
• Verify and assign accounts/worktags and receipts to Purchasing Card charges.
• Assist with various fiscal data entry duties such as payroll costing allocations and budget data entry into the accounting software system.
• Assist with special projects to support the Business Office as needed. There may be other fiscal job duties as assigned.
