One (1) year of work experience in clinical nursing
Current Arkansas Licensed Practical Nurse license
Current CPR certification
Two (2) years of work experience in a clinical environment with direct patient care.
Good working knowledge of the state immunization registry, care manager.
PCMH experience and care management experience.

Observe patients, charting, and reporting changes in patients’ conditions.

Provide basic care and treatment of patients.
- →
Administer prescribed medications and start intravenous fluids.
- →
Measure and record the patient’s vital signs.
- →
Assist patients in standing, walking, bathing, dressing, and moving in bed.
- →
Supervise nurses’ aides and assistants.
- →
Answer the patient’s call and determine how to assist them.
- →
Collect samples such as blood, urine, and sputum from patients and perform routine laboratory tests on samples.

Clean rooms and make beds.
- →
Inventory and requisition supplies and instruments.
- →
Record food and fluid intake and output.
- →
