The Senior Clinical Therapist works directly under the supervision of the Clinical Therapist Supervisor, and/or Program Manager. The Senior Clinical Therapist must have the ability to make decisions related to treatment planning and organizational consultations. They must understand mental health assessment, treatment, and referral as well as organizational dynamics. Adaptable technological skills are required.
In addition, the Senior Clinical Therapist will be responsible for ongoing communications with their supervisor, other members of the treatment team and assigned contracted organizations. They complete clinical and administrative processes and documentation in compliance with relevant policies and procedures. They will produce and provide trainings, workshops and articles for the education of employees. They will participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and continuing education activities as needed to maintain quality provision and coordination of care as well as professional licensure and/or certification.

- Demonstrates strong clinical judgment in treatment planning and organizational consultation.
- Extensive experience with mental health assessment, treatment, and referral processes.
- Proficient in crisis intervention and debriefing within organizational settings.
- Effective communicator with supervisory and training capabilities.
- Advanced technological proficiency and ability to adapt to evolving tools.
