• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to support decision-making within the Office of Transfer and Adult Services.
• Disaggregate data by key student characteristics (e.g., age, transfer status, Pell eligibility, race/ethnicity, enrollment intensity) to identify opportunity gaps and trends.
• Support benchmarking against institutional goals and peer institutions where appropriate.

Retention Strategy Support and Implementation

• Identify early-risk indicators and collaborate with staff to inform outreach and intervention strategies.

Peer Coaching and Program Evaluation
• Support the implementation and assessment of peer coaching or peer mentoring initiatives designed to improve engagement and persistence.
• Track participation, utilization, and outcomes associated with peer coaching programs.
• Assist in developing assessment tools (e.g., surveys, focus group protocols) to evaluate program impact.
• Prepare summary reports documenting outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for improvement.

Assessment, Continuous Improvement, and Compliance
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by supporting evaluation cycles (plan–do–study–act) for transfer and adult learner initiatives.
• Assist with documentation and reporting related to accreditation, Title III, grants, or institutional accountability efforts as assigned.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with institutional definitions and metrics.
• Collaborate with Institutional Effectiveness to align office-level metrics with university-wide student success indicators.

Collaboration and Communication
• Work collaboratively with advisors, coordinators, and program staff to ensure data are used effectively in daily practice.
• Present findings and insights in meetings, working sessions, and planning discussions.
• Support a culture of evidence-based decision-making within the Office of Transfer and Adult Services.
