Accreditation Associate

This is a 1-year term position with possibility of extension.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• Experience working in health professions education, accreditation, regulatory, research, or quality improvement environments.

• Demonstrated experience in data management, quality assurance, and reporting

• Experience coordinating structured review processes involving physician and subject matter expert reviewers.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to identify trends and process improvements

• Ability to interpret policies, standards, and guidelines and apply them consistently

• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and appropriately escalate complex or high-risk issues.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive deliverables while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
