o Opportunity for OT at double time (bankable for additional time off)
o Evening/Weekend shift premiums when applicable
o Working nine weekday shifts (7:00am to 3:30pm) over a two-week period
- Every second Friday or Monday off
o Year 1: 1.25 vacation days earned per month
o Year 2: Three weeks of vacation
o Year 5: Four weeks of vacation
o Year 8: Five weeks of vacation
o Year 14-18: One additional day of vacation earned per year
o Year 18: Six weeks of vacation
o Every year: Three additional vacation days between Christmas and New Years
o 9.4% of your gross pensionable earnings (basic salary). Read more here.
o 12 credits of UBC undergraduate courses (transferable to your eligible dependent spouse or child); or UBC Extended Learning and approved Sauder School of Business Continuing Business Studies non-credit courses (the dollar equivalent of 12 undergraduate credits).
