Build, configure, and deploy AI assistants, agents, and intelligent workflows for real-world enterprise applications with full US Central-time overlap.

Our client specializes in industrial process control and automation technology, helping manufacturers improve performance while valuing strong relationships and top talent.

Responsibilities

Turn architectural designs into working, tested, and documented solutions including AI assistants, agents, intelligent workflows, automations, and low-code applications.

Configure prompts, instructions, actions, connectors, knowledge sources, permissions, and human-review steps in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Agentforce.
→
Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Graph, Salesforce, and enterprise ERP systems.
→
Build rapid prototypes and proofs of concept to evaluate feasibility and value with architects and client teams.
→
Execute test cases against acceptance criteria for accuracy, relevance, reliability, security, usability, performance, and cost.

Prepare solutions for production including deployment packages, documentation, monitoring setup, support handoff, and promotion run under client change processes.

Troubleshoot and improve live solutions using usage data and user feedback.

Write technical documentation, user guides, and reusable components.

Join bi-weekly planning sessions, weekly client working/demo sessions, and report the monthly split between new builds and support.

3 to 6 years of experience delivering business applications, automation, systems integration, or low-code solutions.
Hands-on Power Platform depth: Power Automate and Power Apps in production (ideally with Dataverse, connector limits, environment strategy, and permission models).
At least one agent, copilot, or intelligent workflow built and shipped to production in the last 12 months using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or Agentforce.
Working knowledge of production generative AI behavior: grounding, prompt structure, failure modes, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Integration fundamentals: REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and Microsoft Graph.
Experience with source control, ALM, and deployment pipelines for Power Platform or Azure.
Verified English proficiency at B2 level or above for active participation in weekly client working sessions, demos, and written documentation.

Nice to Have

PL-400, PL-200, AI-102, or Agentforce Specialist certifications.
Scripting capability in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell, or C#.
Salesforce configuration or Agentforce experience.
Exposure to manufacturing, industrial automation, field service, or engineering environments.
Enterprise ERP integration experience (e.g., IFS).
