KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Business Development & Sales Identify and acquire new customers (individuals, SMEs, groups). Mobilize deposits and promote the Bank’s products and services. Actively market loan products to eligible clients. Achieve assigned business targets (loans, deposits, accounts). B. Loan Origination & Portfolio Management Conduct customer visits and assess creditworthiness. Prepare and submit loan applications with proper documentation. Ensure proper appraisal of loan proposals in line with credit policies. Monitor loan portfolio quality (PAR, NPLs). Follow up on repayments and ensure timely collections. C. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide financial advice and suitable product solutions to customers. Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards. Cross-sell additional banking products (savings, mobile banking, etc.). D. Risk & Compliance Ensure all lending complies with internal policies and regulatory guidelines (BoT). Maintain proper KYC and customer due diligence documentation. Identify early warning signals in loan accounts and take corrective actions. Prevent fraud and ensure ethical conduct in all dealings. E. Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance and business development. Update customer data in the core banking system. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Loan portfolio growth Deposit mobilization Portfolio at Risk (PAR) levels Number of new accounts/customers acquired Loan disbursement and recovery rates Customer retention and satisfaction Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in banking, microfinance, or sales (fresh graduates may be considered for trainee roles). Strong understanding of credit processes and customer relationship management. Working condition: Primarily field based with frequent client visits.
