One year minimum

• →Assist with new programing developments for Discipleship Pathways Tracks.
• →Understand and explain descriptions for course offerings to new members. 
• →Attend monthly New Members Orientation sessions and present on U-Track offerings.
• →Schedule initial intake sessions with new members who are ready to start their growth journey.
• →Assign pathway coaches to do follow-up and to offer encouragement as new members matriculate through the discipleship journey.
• →Monitor participation, follow-up, and retention.
• →Perform other relevant duties as deemed necessary.
