Supervisor - Mechanical

UGL New Energy & Industrial team are recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor for the Sybella Wind Farm near Mount ISA. You’ll be responsible for ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards, while coordinating teams and resolving challenges in real time.

As we continue to grow and adapt, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for upcoming projects.

• →Supervise mechanical installation works onsite to meet project timelines
• →Coordinate subcontractors and crews to ensure efficient execution
• →Monitor quality of works and ensure compliance with specifications
• →Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays
• →Ensure safe work practices and lead daily pre-starts
• →Track progress and support reporting to project leadership
  
   

• Trade or technical qualification in mechanical discipline
• Proven experience in a supervisory role on construction projects
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects
• Strong leadership and contractor management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Solid communication skills and commitment to safety
