Benefits Specialist

A full-time Benefits Specialist position has recently been added, which is located at our New Rochelle, NY facility. This position will focus on employee benefits and well-being, to include benefits management, leave management and related communications, HRIS, and workforce management reporting.

We seek an individual who brings a disciplined approach to their work, enjoys and works as a supportive team member in a team-based HR environment. We want to talk with candidates who bring experience managing and delivering employee benefits, including FMLA/NYPFL and related programs. Additionally, we emphasize positive employee relations and interactions, so a strong approach to customer service and the ability to effectively interact with hiring managers is essential.

You'll be part of the on-site HR team, supporting an employee population of about 500, with the position offering more than usual autonomy in a professional office setting. Excellent schedule with Monday-Friday work week! We are seeking someone with a Bachelor's Degree, along 2-3 years benefits management experience, which will include some experience with leaves of absence. Salary range $60-$65k supported by a comprehensive benefits package.
