The purpose of the role will be to support and assist the Shift Supervisor In the production of silver from waste products. To be able to multitask and carry out every aspect of the process from Incineration through to cupellation

→Work closely with the Supervisor to ensure each shift runs smoothly
→Support the continual Improvement for the business
→Help deliver new Ideas and strategies to support growth
→Work closely with the other site production teams
→Help support the SHE Manager build a better H&S culture.

To train and become competent in all aspects of production (Blast Furnace, Cupel, Rotary)
Assisting In all aspects of production as required by the Supervisor
General housekeeping duties
Ensuring the most effective and efficient running of all relevant plant
Liaise with Supervisor and other Managers when required
To be a site First Aider
Ensuring environmental and permit standards are adhered to at all times
Report accidents & near misses
Ensure health & safety procedures are adhered to and correct RPE/PPE Is worn at all times
Be willing to be a H&S representative & site champion
