Identity & Access Management Associate

The FIA Identity & Access Management Associate provides operational support to Fisher Investments Identity & Access Management team through the processing of staffing events, request fulfilment and the setup of organizational data in the teams toolset. You will support the entire Fisher Investments organization through the fulfilment of these activities.

• Oversee assigned operational tasks to completion
• Identify, create, and develop documentation for group
• Help grow the business through various projects
• Follow group and firm policies and procedures
• Identify potential process improvements and recommend solutions
• Identifies elevations and routes appropriately
• Responsible for properly handling sensitive and/or confidential documents

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
