The University of Miami, Project Management Office is seeking a full-time Senior Project Coordinator, to work hybrid in Miami.
We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator who excels at bringing structure, organization, and accountability to complex initiatives. This is not a technical project role. We are looking for a project support professional with experience coordinating project activities, maintaining plans and documentation, tracking actions and risks, facilitating meetings, and supporting project managers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholder groups in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Certification in project management preferred (i.e. CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master, etc)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required
- Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.
- Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency using Project Management software preferred (i.e. Smartsheet)
The Sr. Project Coordinator - PMO - Central (H) coordinates project activities to ensure projects are on schedule. The Sr. Project Coordinator - PMO - Central (H) provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation. The incumbent prepares comprehensive action plans that detail available resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
