The Cooperative Institute for Marine and Atmospheric Studies (CIMAS) of the University of Miami, Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric, and Earth Science (Rosenstiel) invites applicants for a full time Senior Research Associate I position.
We seek an individual to join our Ocean Carbon Cycle group to support fieldwork by helping install and maintain oceanographic instruments set up on a variety of ships including research vessels and commercial ships, and processing and quality controlling the data provided by these instruments. The position will also involve analyzing seawater samples for inorganic carbon properties and may include participation in research cruises up to 60 days in duration. The position will be located in Miami, FL.
