• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing, or other regulated industry.
• Good knowledge of EHS legislation, ISO management system and GRIs.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• →Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System.
• →Monitor compliance with local legislation, corporate policies, and industry best practices.
• →Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• →Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, recommending and following up on corrective and preventive actions.
• →Organize and deliver EHS training programs to promote employee awareness and engagement.
• →Participate in emergency preparedness activities, including drills and emergency response planning.
• →Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, emissions, and resource consumption.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS requirements into daily operations and projects.
• →Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• →Maintain accurate EHS records, reports, and documentation.

• Recognized EHS certifications.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments.
• Experience supporting sustainability or ESG initiatives.
